Residential Remodel — This Toluca Lake home had
experienced growing pains over its long history. Mismatched
additions and unused spaces required a complete remodel
for the new homeowners. We went from the ground, up to
take this non-descript home on a journey into the world
of Spanish Mediterranean brilliance. From the gardens
flowing with flowers, to the Custom Kitchen with colorful
tile and cabinets, to the beautiful hand-painted details
in the Living and Dining Rooms, this home was transformed
into a cozy family abode.
